24/7 On-Call Support

Text or call anytime, day or night, from 37 weeks onward. I’m here when you need guidance, reassurance, or simply someone to hold space.

Continuous Birth Support

I’ll join you in active labor and stay until after baby arrives—through the first feeding, first golden moments, and your transition to postpartum.

One Postpartum Follow-Up

Scheduled in the first week or two after birth to check in on you, feeding, baby care, emotional wellbeing, and space reorganization (if needed).
